Spaced out over six months, delegates complete a programme anchored around three modules and two final assignments: a business problem team challenge, and a final individual reflective assignment.
Spanning 12 months, Rising enables frontline team members to take on real-life leadership roles across strategically important areas of Merlin’s global business. With a cutting-edge curriculum, state-of-the-art equipment, and industry partnerships, we offer an immersive learning experience like no other. Our training providers guide technicians through technical disciplines, safety standards, leadership methodologies, and more.
