Our Contact Centre is responsible for ensuring our visitors get a taste of the excitement we have to offer before they even arrive at one of our locations. We take calls for many of our attractions, dealing with questions and taking bookings for guests who wish to prepay.
It is a challenging and demanding environment, but great fun. We offer full-time, fixed-term contracts and part-time and weekend work. In addition to the flexibility to fit around people's life commitments, we also offer a competitive hourly rate with the benefit of holiday pay, ad hoc bonuses and free entrance to many of our attractions.
